This is D1 Mini V2 NodeMcu 4M Bytes Lua WIFI Internet Of Things Development Board Based ESP8266, it is a mini WIFI board based on ESP-8266EX. 11 digital input/output pins, all pins have interrupt/PWM/I2C/one-wire supported(except D0) 1 analog input(3.3V max input) and a Micro USB connection.

The development board features WiFi-SoC ESP8266 and is made for fast Internet-of-Things (IoT) prototyping. It is flashed with the latest firmware version and can be set up and programmed right away with the onboard micro USB connection. With only a few lines of code, the NodeMCU Dev Kit connects to your local network and ready for control by other network members like computers and smartphones.

The d1 mini is an ESP8266 development board that is compact, versatile and very easy to use with the Arduino IDE. It supports natively by the Expressive SDK.

The HM-10 Bluetooth module combines the powerful and programmable Texas Instruments CC2541 Chipset with the required components to start right away with your BLE development.The module offers an on-board voltage regulator and is TTL-level and 5 V tolerant. The Bluetooth-SoC can be accessed via UART interface and supports AT-Commands for setup. The Mega 2560 R3 is an open source precise microcontroller board Successor to the Mega based on the ATmega2560 SMD chip.The Mega 2560 R3 also adds SDA and SCL pins next to the AREF. In addition, there are two new pins placed near the RESET pin. One is the IOREF that allow the shields to adapt to the voltage provided from the board. The other is a not connected and is reserved for future purposes. The Mega 2560 R3 works with all existing shields but can adapt to new shields which use these additional pins.

This Board has 54 digital input/output pins (of which 15 can be used as PWM outputs), 16 analog inputs, 4 UARTs (hardware serial ports), a 16 MHz crystal oscillator, a USB connection, a power jack, an ICSP header, and a reset button. It contains everything needed to support the microcontroller. Using the board is also very easy, simply connect it to a computer with a USB cable or power it with DC adapter or battery to get started. The Mega 2560 R3 board is compatible with most shields designed for Genuino Uno and the former boards Duemilanove or Diecimila.

This TFT display is big bright and colorful! 480×320 pixels with individual RGB pixel control, this has way more resolution than a black and white 128×64 display.

As a bonus, this display has a resistive touch screen attached to it already, so you can detect finger presses anywhere on the screen. This display has a controller built into it with RAM buffering so that almost no work is done by the microcontroller.

This 3.5-inch SPI Touch Screen Module is wrapped up into an easy-to-use breakout board, with SPI connections on one end. If you’re going with SPI mode, you can also take advantage of the onboard MicroSD card socket to display images.

The 3.5-inch display doesn't have a built-in level shifter, so it's advised to use only 3.3v. Using a node MCU would be more suitable cause it provides only 3.3v. if you are using a 5v microcontroller like the Arduino UNO, MEGA, Using a level shifter would give you the appropriate voltage needed to operate the LCD without damaging it.
