At the core of this module is the ESP32S chip, which is designed to be scalable and adaptive. There are 2 CPU cores that can be individually controlled or powered, and the clock frequency is adjustable from 80 MHz to 240 MHz.
The user may also power off the CPU and make use of the low-power coprocessor to constantly monitor the peripherals for changes or crossing of thresholds. ESP32S integrates a rich set of peripherals, ranging from capacitive touch sensors, Hall sensors, low-noise sense amplifiers, SD card interface, Ethernet, high-speed SDIO/SPI, UART, and I²C.
Using Bluetooth, users can connect to their phone or broadcast low energy beacons for its detection. The use of Wi-Fi enables a large physical range, as well as a direct connection to the internet via a Wi-Fi router. Perfect for wearable electronic or battery-powered applications, the ESP32 chip uses less than 5µA.

HM-10 Bluetooth module is a Bluetooth Low Energy (Bluetooth 4.0) development module based on the CC02541 Chip from Texas Instruments. The module communicates through UART protocol using AT commands. It can be used to communicate with all BLE devices like Fitness bands, Bluetooth trackers etc or even used as an iBeacon.
The module has a built-in CPU that supports IO expansion, 14-bit two channel ADC, 120Hz four channel PWM etc. It has a range of 60 meters and consumes very low power in standby mode. The module can act both as a Master and as a Slave.

This TFT display is big bright and colorful! 480×320 pixels with individual RGB pixel control, this has way more resolution than a black and white 128×64 display.
As a bonus, this display has a resistive touch screen attached to it already, so you can detect finger presses anywhere on the screen. This display has a controller built into it with RAM buffering so that almost no work is done by the microcontroller.
This 3.5-inch SPI Touch Screen Module is wrapped up into an easy-to-use breakout board, with SPI connections on one end. If you’re going with SPI mode, you can also take advantage of the onboard MicroSD card socket to display images.
The 3.5-inch display doesn't have a built-in level shifter, so it's advised to use only 3.3v. Using a node MCU would be more suitable cause it provides only 3.3v. if you are using a 5v microcontroller like the Arduino UNO, MEGA, Using a level shifter would give you the appropriate voltage needed to operate the LCD without damaging it.

The Mega 2560 R3 is an open source precise microcontroller board Successor to the Mega based on the ATmega2560 SMD chip.The Mega 2560 R3 also adds SDA and SCL pins next to the AREF.
